Grown in Olathe, Colorado, their sweet corn has become famous for its superior flavor. The hot summer days and cool nights of the mountain valley help nurture the delicious, sweet quality of the corn. Tuxedo Corn also hand-picks each ear and plunges them into an ice bath to further develop the taste. All their corn is non-GMO and selected for purity, sweetness, and creaminess.
Sweet Corn is available to purchase by the ear or as a full case (approximately 48 ears).
Please note that Sweet Corn is in high demand and only available for a limited time, while supplies last. Due to natural causes, weekly harvesting may be delayed, and sweet corn may be temporarily out of stock. To confirm availability, please call the café in advance at (970) 980-9560. Sweet corn is only available on a first-come, first-served basis, and will not be held.

However, starting in 2026, the family has scaled back their production, shifting their focus to selling through local independents like Morning Fresh Dairy.
